Magical celebrations at Novotel

The staff organized a delightful birthday celebration for my husband, turning a simple evening into a memorable event. The lively atmosphere and entertainment kept us all smiling.

The check-in process was sluggish, and the room could have used a thorough cleaning. Some amenities were missing, which dampened the overall experience.

The pool area was a blast for the kids, and they loved the creative activities like archery and Segway rides. One night, we just chilled in the spacious room after a fun day at Imagica. The kids were thrilled by the parade of characters at the hotel, which was an extra treat!

this so-called 5-star hotel has major communication issues, and the dinner buffet was absolutely plain. i would’ve thought a room upgrade would be standard practice, but, such luxuries clearly do not apply here. disappointing really. my stay was a dreadfully ordinary experience, so i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Had a boss time with me family! The character parade in the morning was dead sound, making the kids buzz with excitement. The food at the Square was tasty, but the check-in took ages, which was a bit of a bother, la.

The breakfast, the staff attentiveness, the quality of meals was simply extraordinary.

The Deluxe King Room was pretty comfy, with a decent size and really soft beds. Plus, having a balcony was a nice touch to enjoy the view. The amenities were okay, nothing too fancy but served their purpose. It was clean, which is always a plus. it met the basic needs, but you expect a bit more for the price.

The rooms were super clean and comfy, with nice features like a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The pool area has sun loungers and a shallow end perfect for kids. Breakfast included fresh croissants and delicious fruits. Kids loved the character parade that added a magical touch each morning.

Lalit ensured my children's enjoyment by enhancing their pool experience and promptly addressing our play area needs. The breakfast experience, especially the character parade, was a delightful surprise for my family.

The Deluxe Twin Room with Balcony was a decent size that came with a 20% discount on food and beverages, making all those meals at the hotel a bit easier on the wallet. The unique feature of morning parades added an engaging touch, getting everyone up and moving, which was a hit with the family.

There were a few hiccups during the stay. The air conditioning in one room, along with the TV, WiFi, and refrigerator, needed multiple calls to sort out, disrupting any chance of relaxation. The lack of bathroom slippers and issues with the shower glass door not being entirely secure raised some safety concerns. the cleanliness of the cutlery and swimming pool towels left something to be desired, which is a hallmark of a five-star establishment.
